Our office staff have over 30 years combined experience in providing professional healthcare recruitment
solutions.
Through partnership with our clients and our staff, and adopting honest business principles, we are committed to
providing a service, which exceeds expectations and maintains the highest standards at all times.
We aim to be efficient, flexible, supportive and responsive to the needs of our clients and staff at all times.
We offer fast and effective staffing solutions, from a single shift to a full time, permanent position. We will work
closely with you to ensure we meet your requirements and deliver a service that exceeds your expectations.
We are fully compliant, adhering to the statutory requirements for care provision. Care staff commence work only
when vetting and induction training has been completed. We carefully conduct checks on all applicants, including
an enhanced disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB); Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA)
Register search; two professional references, one of which must be from the last or current employer; employment

All our agency care staff are trained and inducted before commencing work and are required to complete annual
training in abuse, first aid, fire protection, food hygiene, health & safety, infection control and moving & handling as
a minimum standard. Ongoing supervision, appraisals and training, together with unannounced spot checks for all
carers ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained.
All our agency care staff arrive for work looking presentable and wearing a uniform of a white tunic, black trousers
and black shoes, except when instructed not to do so. All our staff carry photo-identity badges.
