DNA Insurance Services Ltd, was established in 2003 by directors, Danny Imray and Alf Costa. We see ourselves as a young, Vibrant, enthusiastic, hardworking company with a determination to satisfy our clients every need.
We search a panel of leading U.K. insurance providers to find the very best policy to suit our clients needs. Our core products lie in the area of motor trade, taxi, home, and car insurance, amongst a catalogue of other insurance genres including travel insurance.
We aim to provide the complete packagefor our customers and as avid supporters of the personal touch each product that DNA Insurance offer is assigned a dedicated team of friendly, expert advisors to ensure our clients receive exceptional customer service.
We believe in our staff's happiness and totally understand the importance of making sure the staff feel good about themselves and understand the importance of the role they perform. Our staff is fundamental to what we do, that is why from the moment you join you will be part of our ongoing learning and development program. This may involve group training sessionsor participation in our on-line self assesment programme.
Our company culture is friendly and happy. The staff are professional and eager to take in new challenges. Monthly games are played by each department to promote fun, and special prizes handed to the winners.
The directors often organise events outside the office which are always great fun and a good chance to get to know the rest of your colleagues on a more personal level.
During break periods there are plenty of options for food with Romford Town Centre only a short walk away. We provide a staff room with access to SKY TV and a kitchen area for people to prepare their own food.
Whenever possible we promote and progress from within, and many of the senior managers will have had to work their way up the ladder to get where they are today.
