How is JobGap unique?
By using this technology JobGap is able to deliver an unparalleled capability for flexible working to employers and candidates alike. Using JobGap enables temporary recruitment to be conducted on a fully automated ‘Pay as you Go' basis by approaching the recruitment process as you would use web sites such as eBay.
For example - Candidates register with JobGap and enter their availability to work, their preferred locations and their hourly rate on to our web-based system. When Employers input their booking requirements on to the system they in return gain visibility of the candidates available and willing to work in their field(s) of work and their location(s). Once appropriate Candidates are selected the system then automatically sends an SMS message to the chosen Candidates giving them the booking details. Candidates then have a period of time to accept the bookings before they are opened up to other workers for the employer to book.
