'Behavioural Consultancy and Training' is the tag line, but that tells you very little about us.
We are small. We have no website. We have never needed to advertise. We have been in existence for fourteen years. We design, sell and run tailored training events and offsites for a small number of high-profile global companies where English is the common business language and in a range of international locations . The common theme is 'developing face-to-face behavioural skills'. This might be focused on improving client relationships, internal teamworking skills, negotiation skills or any other kind of face-to-face interactions at work. Our differentiator is the method we use - a bespoke approach to gathering objective behavioural data and delivering it in the form of objective feedback.
The backgrounds of our team members include things like social science degrees, languages, teaching and lecturing, social work, mediation and executive counselling.
