Company description:
Transport 4 Healthcare was established and is managed by three former NHS staff to provide patients with transport to and from their GP or hospital appointment. There is no link with the NHS patient transport service and this is not a taxi service.
Our service will ensure that your patient arrives for their GP or hospital appointment on time and at a cost considerably lower than if you had to use a taxi company or any other provider. Our charges are based on journey mileage only from the patient pick up address to the appointment address and return. In addition we operate a wait and return service if required at no extra cost.
We have a network of volunteer car drivers who have undergone an enhanced CRB check and a thorough interview process. All our drivers use their own car and unlike some transport services, where many patients travel together, we will transport a single patient plus 1 other person (carer, nurse etc)
We are confident that the service we provide is reliable with friendly and courteous staff who will look after the welfare of your patient whilst in their care.
