Since 1987 the management consultancy ILTIS stands for the successful implementation of new business systems, processes, structures, profiles and cultures:In more than 300 major projects in a whole range of cultural areas.
Over recent years we have pragmatically built on the results from strategic management, business management, psychology, education, ethnology, anthropology, sociology and organisational research.
The ILTIS customers include large firms from the TOP100, leading middle-sized firms and public contractors. In this context we support our customers in implementation projects all over the world.
We are currently active in the following fields: automotive, banking, trade, machine build-ing, telecommunications, public institutions, pharmaceuticals, organisations, insurance.

ILTIS headquarters are in Rottenburg. There is an additional project office in Berlin in Germany.
The international representation of ILTIS is based on cooperation in projects for the German Foreign Office, the European Union and the United Nations. We are represented in Kabul (Afghanistan), Moscow (Russia) and Zagreb (Croatia).
