WorkWise Personnel was formed in April 1996 offering a full recruitment facility to local companies based on a genuine understanding of commercial and industrial environments. It was launched in Hartlepool, initially focusing on temporary and permanent recruitment within the commercial and industrial sectors, closely followed by a second branch in 2000 in Bishop Auckland, and the development of engineering, construction and logistics divisions, which together, gave a foundation required to extend the company into other areas.
Our philosophy is simply to build strong, honest relationships with our customers, provide them with the right staff, give excellent rates and provide a full HR service, thus adding value to their business and giving them time to concentrate on their business needs. WorkWise pride ourselves in the highest service levels that we offer to clients.
Both of our branches have been built on a genuine commitment to providing professional services of the highest quality to clients and candidates alike, being member of the REC, a commitment which has been recognised throughout Teesside and County Durham, builing our reputation with over hundreds of satisfied customers.
WorkWise are working towards Investors in People to be nationally recognised, and are members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation - the REC. We were also winners of the Hartlepool Business Awards 1998 for the Best New Start in Business and for generating employment in the area.
