The ActionCOACH Business Coaching Brand and Network began in 1993. Since 1993 we have grown to over 1200 Coaches worldwide. ActionCOACH expanded into the UK in 2002 and since then we have grown to over 150 Coaches.
The Focus Coaching and Consulting Limited (FCC) Partnership is owned and managed by four experienced ActionCOACH Coaches who have formed the first ‘Official ActionCOACH Firm Model’ in the UK. Although we are the first in the UK, we are not the first in world as there are an additional 25 ActionCOACH Firms mainly in Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada and Indonesia, so this is a tried and tested business model that works extremely well.
Since ActionCOACH pioneered Business Coaching through the 1990’s, the term has become synonymous with performance and growth. But don’t confuse it with Life and Executive Coaching – it is far broader than that. It’s as focused on the business, its team, its processes and its sales and marketing as it is on the business owner. .
