Position: Electrical Supervisor

Hours: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Mon - Fri
Our Client is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to supervise the engineers on shift and provide support for day to day operations of PPM and reactive maintenance to the building.
• Ensure that accurate and comprehensive maintenance records are completed.
• Ensure that sub-contractors perform to meet the contractual requirement of the contract.
• Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared for all tasks carried out to ensure safe working practices.
The successful candidate should have a stable background in Building Maintenance, experience on electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning systems and also knowledge of BMS systems. HV and LV would be an advantage. Good mechanical knowledge is required.
Education and Qualifications:
• C&G Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent, 16th Edition IEE
• Experience of maintaining high tech, high spec office environments particularly financial institutions
• General all round knowledge of Heating & Ventilation / Air-conditioning and building support systems
