This award winning offshore insurance manager seeks an experienced Account Director to add to its major client team. This offshore job would suit an individual already working as an Account Director in corporate with a demonstratable track record.

The main responsibilities of this senior Captive insurance job revolve around the management and development of a portfolio of major clients. You can expect to be tasked to develop the business and revenues accruing from this client book. In return you clients will expect you to provide an active captive consultancy service and to be able to call upon your considerable captive insurance knowledge. The team will also look to your leadership in the training and development of the more junior team members. This role will come complete with a small dedicated unit of direct reports. Finally you can expect to lead new business activity and provide strategic direction on new client acquisition.

This well paid job is a senior management position and as such the successful applicant will be at least ACII qualified and have in excess of a decade’s experience of corporate insurance. Some knowledge of the captive insurance market is expected, but proven commercial experience in insurance and a “get it done” mentality are seen as more important.
