Test Manager, Automated, Performance, Volume, Banking - City, London. Leading AAA investment bank subsidiary are currently recruiting for a Test Manager to manage a team of 15 Testers. The right candidate will have test management experience ideally working in a financial or stock broking organization. Experience of volume and automated testing is required. Candidates will require familiarity with all phases of project life cycle, strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, commitment to quality and attention to detail, understanding of Internet and database technology, able to display a flexible approach to project deadlines.
The main responsibilities will be to manage a dedicated test team of internal resources and external contractors (which varies in size in line with project demands), co-ordinate and agree supplemented test resources with other operational areas, eg Business Analysts, users, functional and non-functional (volume, performance) testing of all IT business applications, effectively manage staff in different geographical locations & planning and implementing testing activities in line with overall project plans.
