My client is a leading Central London business process management software company. The Inside Sales Representative position is a office based role that supports the EMEA Field Sales Team by identifying, qualifying, nurturing and delivering opportunities to the Field Account Executives through telephone and email based prospecting. Pipeline development is driven by a variety of marketing programs including seminars, industry tradeshows, analyst events, user groups and on-line campaigns. This position works closely with sales to manage post-campaign lead follow-up and conversion as well as conducting target account profiling based on Account Executive requirements.
Position Requirements
- Secure meetings with decision makers at target accounts by executing campaigns using telephone and email marketing.
- Execute lead nurturing programs via phone and email. Stay in touch with key prospects through a combination of various marketing touches depending on the prospect`s position in the technology buying cycle.
- Work closely with the Field Sales Team in developing and managing opportunities through the duration of the sales cycle.
- Be able to articulate solution key messages appropriate for target verticals and individuals within target organizations.
- Assist in the development and execution of campaigns (e.g. follow-ups from events, direct mail / database campaigns, customer base programs, etc.) to achieve campaign / monthly goals.
- Track lead activity in Salesforce.com contact management database.
Skills
Bachelor`s degree (BA/BS)
Languages skills essential; Preferably, English, Italian, Dutch, Swedish
Ability to manage multiple activities and sales opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience of consultative telephone based solution selling (e.g. Business Process Management, Workflow, Data Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management solutions) to business and IT executives a plus!
Willingness to work 90% of the time by telephone / email, and 10% US travel to attend business development events.
