This Kent firm are searching for a solicitor with 3 years+ relevant casehandling experience in private client matters. You should have experience of drafting simple and complex wills, general probates, setting up and administering trusts, and elderly client work including the creation of Enduring Powers of Attorney. Experience of Court of Protection or taxation work would be a distinct advantage as would STEP membership. Good IT skills and the ability to deliver a high standard of client care are also essential for this position.
