The position will involve commercial conveyancing. There are certainly some existing commercial conveyancing work but convinced that there is significant scope for expanding that work with the right candidate on board -in line with the growth of the firm generally.
Agricultural/farm work -- this is perhaps 5 -- 10% of the current caseload -- against ripe for expansion for the right candidate.
Auction work -- against about 5- 10% o the caseload
the position for is an exciting one, heading up an department with capacity for considerable growth. have an increasingly strong set of fee-earners, a growing reputation and great staff morale. The successful candidate should be a good team player and leader, comfortable with change, IT literate, car owner/driver and will need to have both a positive outlook and be an enthusiastic part of the firms exciting marketing, networking and seminar programme. also have a particularly strong management team. There is scope for considerable responsibility in this role
