Group Financial Reporting Manager - Gibraltar.
Our client is a well established online business in Gibraltar, due to a recent restructure their finance Department is looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Group Financial Reporting Manager.
Reporting in to the Head of Finance your duties will include:
To champion all accountancy audit and financial requirements for the business.
To manage and develop the Accounts Team to meet the Team vision and objectives of the Business.
To design, lead and implement the medium and long term plans for the Team
To lead, manage and deliver analytical projects for the business.
To build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
To be responsible for managing allocated budgets.
Responsibility:
• Group Liaison
Group Financial Statements
Group Management Accounts
Liaison with Israeli accounting office
Reviewing management accounts for all other group companies
• Treasury Management
FX analysis and daily trades
Overall cashbook ownership
Responsible for second review of all company bank statements, including the client accounts.
• Budgeting and Reporting
Preparation of budgets and forecasts for the business
Group Management Accounts
• Owner of accounting system - SAGE
Access rights
Upgrades
Chart of accounts
• Special Project
Web-based purchase order system
Integration between RBS and SAGE
Collection
Cost reduction and optimization
• Generic
Improvements, and process improvements
Ability to work independently on assigned projects, but also to provide key input into dynamic team setting
