Our Client a Leader in Internet Security & Services is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their Regional team. This role will require the development and management of major accounts to maximise revenue / market share. You will need to have had Channel & ideally Direct Sales experience developing and managing partner relationships for ISP’s such as Thus, Demon, EasyNet, AOL, Freeserve, BT etc. It is also ideal to have a full understanding of the Internet Security arena with knowledge of both products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
To create a sales plan and targets for your territory and partners & set metrics for performance
Driving revenue by growing market share within the direct sale of key accounts through excellent relationships direct with the existing or development of new channel partners,
Co-ordinate the activities of sales support and others leading to increased business.
Co-ordinate channel product and services support with training.
Manage channel relationships to assist with direct sales internet solutions.
Develop channel recruitment program to attract high quality partners.
Develop channel loyalty program to retain high quality partners, enable them to continue to be motivated and successful.
Track channel satisfaction level and report issues to related functional leaders.
Influence key decision-makers and establish excellent relationship at all hierarchy levels of channel partners, develop relationships with IT Vendors or VARs, Dell, HP, Fujitsu, Siemens, Computacenter etc.
Profile:
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally.
Excellent high level presentation skills to all levels of the business including CIO/CTO.
Hands on mentality along with the ability to prioritise and focus on key areas, whilst balancing requirements and expectations of customers to discuss, compliance etc.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, highly results driven.
