Our Client, one of the fastest growing software CRM Global Organisations are expanding their team to include a Technical Consultant to assist wit the customisation of user friendly CRM GUI to ensure customer satisfaction of web services and working closely with pre-sales, professional services and Sales Account Manager to deliver excellent applications. You will create, document and test system interface specifications and client business processes. This position entails creating and maintaining system-related documentation, such as business requirements, user guides, process flows, status reports, configuration worksheets etc. You will assist in the on-time, on-budget, high quality delivery of our Client’s solution implementations. You will be disciplined with an astute business sense with a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and be able to effectively present your ideas to senior management with a strong ability to think conceptually and strategically.

Responsibilities:
Your core responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Responsible for developing functional requirements and delivering CRM solutions according to these business requirements. Defining/specifying CRM requirements and customisations according to business needs. Maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction. Serving as a subject matter expert in one or more specific areas of web services etc. Presenting project deliverables to the customer and the internal team.

Required Skills/Experience:
Strong Technical Consulting experience (3 - 5+ years).
Extensive experience in devising implementation and streamlining within any of the following areas - Campaign Management, Sales and Marketing, Leads Management, Account / Subscription Management, Customer Interaction Management, Order Management etc.
Previous consulting experience gained within either a CRM software vendor or the CRM practice of a major systems integrator.
Proven understanding of process and best practices within your industry and how to leverage CRM technical ability to support those best practices.
Understanding of market leading CRM packages such as Oracle, Siebel, SAP, Amdocs, Goldmine or Sales logix, CRM6, Peoplesoft CRM.
Experience of most stages in the systems delivery lifecycle from creative requirements definition through to implementation.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Fluency in English and Swedish is mandatory with another European language an advantage.


Ideally you will be used to:
Working within a structured environment with a delivery methodology and development tools
Programming skills in JavaScript, Java/J2EE, XML or .NET, API’s etc.
Background in SaaS “on demand” software or Oracle CRM. Good understanding of integration technologies across different platforms, such as Tibco etc. would possibly be an advantage.
Degree, Business Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
