Qualifications
» Engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training plus 2 years experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance and management is required.
» Candidate must be ARLA certified.

Candidates must be suitably qualified and also have some experience in handling maintenance and repairs and property related legal matters. An impressive track record in sales and listing is highly desirable. Excellent networking, negotiating and time management skills are important. They should have a good knowledge of MS Office including outlook. Relevant accountancy knowledge is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years' lettings experience in Central London and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a property management role.
The candidate must be willing to go through an unpaid trial period of two weeks, where your skills will be assessed and determined if they are suitable for the company. After you have successfully completed two weeks, the candidate will be made permanent.

This is an exciting opportunity for first class Estate Agency General Manager to develop their career working with an established, forward thinking global branded independent Property Company. We have an existing portfolio of over 40 properties in Central London operating at the top end of the market. You will have the opportunity to add value to the rental business and to create and develop the Estate Agency business with ARLA registration status. This will include Rental and Sales of both residential and commercial portfolio.
The role will involve the following:
Manage day to day Estate Agency business working closely with staff to maximise income from the current property portfolio. Track the performance of both commercial and residential properties while making sure that all properties accomplish their anticipated revenues. Overseeing concluding leases and tenancy agreements. Negotiate real estate sales and lettings contracts. Organize overseeing property marketing and promotions. Accurately assessing repair needs and monitor and schedule regular maintenance. Maintain the properties key handling and distribution. Solicit new agents whilst ensuring mutually beneficial terms of business. Retain records, reports and files that are related to property management. Responsible for maintaining tenancy information records in accordance with IPA 2001. Ensure timely payment by clients and tenants and to creditors and suppliers. Distribute staff tasks weekly and oversee on a daily basis. |
