Job Overview: Working for a recognised leading provider of specialist services in gradiometry, gravity and magnetic geophysics to oil exploration companies worldwide to work within their New Ventures group to assist in the identification of opportunities for the application of Gravity Gradiometry. Applicants are invited with some experience in the interpretation of geological and geophysical data. This role offers great scope to develop not only your technical skills but your understanding of the exploration business in a wide variety of basins around the world. The Company offers a full range of services in potential field geophysics, from data acquisition, processing, interpretation, software and data brokerage. The New Ventures Group, identify potential basins/regions globally to conduct multi-client surveys. Working within this group, you will evaluate feasibility models and research geology for identified project areas and liaise with potential clients on application of Gravity Gradiometry Imaging (GGI) to the identification of exploration prospects and risks. In this role, you will quickly gain exposure to a range of challenges, leading geophysical technologies, established integrated consulting practices, and exposure to global geological data sets and potential play concepts. You will be supported and mentored by senior members of the team to further develop your technical and project management consultancy skills.
