Package: This is a senior level position and as such the Client will pay a highly competitive Base, Commission Plan and Company Benefits are on offer dependent on skills and experiences.
Job Overview: Working for a leading International Services Company in the Oil and Gas industry you will lead, manage and drive all sales of their integrated software solutions within the Continental Europe region, which comprises 28 Countries. You will define effective strategies to achieve sales objectives and lead and guide your sales team in the successful implementation of these strategies as well as directly managing key, or strategically important accounts yourself. This is a senior level position and applicants are invited with a strong background in business development or/and sales account management from all industries who also understand that extensive travel is required considering the range of Countries you would be responsible for. The company is in the process of bringing some new and highly innovative technologies to market, and as such a strong entrepreneurial drive with sound strategic thinking will be a key requirement in supporting this launch throughout your territory. The position is ideally based out of Surrey in the UK, although it could also be based out of the Netherlands….…. Company’s innovative solutions supports all aspects of the upstream oil cycle - from finding hydrocarbons to evaluating the prospects, building the wells, and managing and optimising the production process…software solutions are in a strong growth mode and as such managing your sales team in identifying and developing new business opportunities and implementing further best sales practices will be paramount to the success of this role….Candidate Requirements: Entrepreneurial individual with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Sales Account Management OR/AND Business Development…Experience selling to the Oil and Gas Industry is highly advantageous but not essential…This is a senior level sales role, which will require a passion for driving software sales, the ability to manage an effective sales team and to lead the sales process by example. The position offers a great deal of variety, autonomy and scope to drive a successful software business within your territory, with a potential for high financial reward.
