As the Account Manager you will be expected to be confident in….
• Account Management of live projects within a creative branding environment.
• Development and delivery of project proposals and specifications across the full marketing mix
• Management of external suppliers including buying, negotiation, scheduling and research
• Liaising between clients and the creative team (designers and developers) to ensure projects are developed to the highest standard and on schedule/budget
• Providing strategic research support to the development of consultancy proposals
• To deliver and monitor customer service and satisfaction on projects
