• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003, Active Directory (build deploy and support), Office (## ####), and Vmware server
• Customer support Skills (in an environment of over 9000 users)
• Proficiency in Some Network protocols: Ethernet, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SNMP,
• Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.
