I am an ambitious NVQ Level 4 Advice and Guidance working in a senior capacity as a Employment-Client Office Manager in a second office in the Employment Advisory Service Department. I now come with more than 5 years Combined work experience also curretly working as an Employment and Vocational Area Office Manager in this second office. I did a Postgraduate in MA Strategic Management with a BA in Consumer Studies, and also with a Professional Diploma in Public Relations, Marketing and Sales Management of Business. In this second office I manage a Case Load of clients of my Own, helping with Advice & Guidance, and Vocational Training also offering services to Students/clients and also offer employment to those who are work ready an opportunity back into work, Mental Health, Ex-offenders, Drug Users, as well as clients with various Health related Conditions and other Disabilities. I currently supporting Employment Advisers and Job Search Advisers. I currently work on various work Schemes and Government Programmes, e.g. Pathways to Work, Stepping Stones, Permitted work, NDDP- New deal-Job Centre Plus, Support Permitted Work and the New Employment and Support Allowance Programmes- ESA. I also come with combined experience having worked as a Community Project-Worker, working with Ex-offenders, Drug Users, Mental health, Homeless, Youth work, Learning Disability experience.
