| Through liaising with HR, my interest grew and prompted me to take the huge step of studying it part time at Masters Level at Lincolnshire University, even though I had no previous HR degree.This degree will also make me a full member of the CIPD. I see this study/qualification as my door to opportunity.It is hard work and lone project as I am not supported either financially or professionally by my current employers. Thus, I would now like to work within the enviroment I am studying.
