As a Director, I ensured transparency in financial and administrative affairs and that all work plans and goals were achieved through direct management and capacity building. I successfully established and maintained professional relationships with major stakeholders including representatives from foreign government, academic and international institutions and Non-Governmental Organizations. My positions required knowledge of grantee regulations, the formulation, evaluation and implementation of programs and projects, follow-up analysis and peer review process, management of staff, advocacy, formal representation and management of all communications including contribution to publication programs.
