I have solid customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. I am fast, efficient, friendly, hard working and highly organized. I react effectively to changing situations whilst staying calm under pressure with attention to detail at all times. I have a good telephone manner and I am bilingual. I can speak and write the French and the English language fluently and can translate from one to the other systematically. I am now looking for a customer service job or a coordinator job with added responsibilities preferably using my french. Ideally I would like to work in a team but I could equally work alone.
